This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type) is processed in server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare (Art. 28 GDPR).

When you use our valuation calculator or contact form, or contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, property details) to handle your enquiry and prepare a real-estate valuation.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is transmitted to us encrypted by email. We delete the data once it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Consent & consent management
Optional cookies and tracking are only set with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The consent banner lets you control your choices; we use Google Consent Mode v2 so that without consent no marketing-relevant cookies are set and no personal measurement data is transmitted. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
5. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics & Meta Pixel
Subject to your consent we use Google Tag Manager to integrate analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel incl. Conversions API). Providers are Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. respectively; a transfer to the USA may take place. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR).
